LITOSeek™ provides standardized gene expression profiles of healthy individuals and well-defined cancer patient populations with curated clinical profiles. RNA extracted from patient samples (stabilized PBMC, whole blood, or tumor biopsy) is sequenced using optimized RNA-Seq protocols with proprietary standards. Industrialized workflow integrating control pools and quality control algorithms allows normalization, harmonization, and visualization of gene clusters to generate intelligent insights into patient sub-populations.
